Bounce House Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery drop-offs are between 8 AM and 2 PM. Pick-ups are between 7 PM and 10 PM. If additional time is needed please feel free to discuss that with us prior to set up.
Contact person must be present at time of delivery / setup to sign the rental agreement and pay for the rental in full. Delivery areas include Windham County, Southern Worcester County and parts of Rhode Island. Please call, text or email us for more information regarding delivery area and pricing.
Bounce House Requirements
To properly install an inflatable unit we must be able to access electricity within 100 feet of the unit. If electricity is not available we can provide a generator for an additional fee. The inflatable must be far enough away from low hanging branches, power lines and chain link fences. The inflatables can be set up on grass or pavement which must be free of rocks, sticks, broken glass and pet droppings.
Inclement Weather
Inclement weather for the following conditions include heavy or steady rain, winds in excess of 25MPH, and if the temperature is below 50 degrees. Once the unit has been set up there will be no refunds issued in the event of inclement weather.
Payment and Deposits for Bounce Houses
Payment must be received before unit is installed. Currently we accept cash, checks and credit cards. All fees and taxes will be included in your bill.
Jump Zone Rentals – Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations NOT related to inclement weather. Customer will be charged with a $75.00 cancellation fee.
In the event Jump Zone Rentals LLC determines cancellation of reservation or rental contract is appropriate due to inclement weather conditions (i.e. precipitation, high winds, thunderstorms, exceptionally cold temperatures, etc.), other acts of nature, and/or any other proclaimed dangerous circumstances, customer shall be entitled to full refund of security deposit.
Jump Zone Rentals LLC, further reserves right of cancellation for any reservation for purposes of general safety and/or failure of customer to provide acceptable unit installation environment. Deposit non- refundable.
While security deposits are considered non-refundable, Jump Zone Rentals LLC, reserves right to allow for exceptions upon prompt notification of cancellation. Notification must be provided minimum 7 calendar days prior to scheduled event to be eligible for full refund of deposit and/or fee. (example: A Saturday event must be canceled on or before Saturday previous to receive full refund).
Rental units shall be considered rented and non-refundable upon unit/s delivery and customer acceptance. (Severe weather exceptions apply)
