Bounce House FAQs
How many participants are allowed inside at one time?
Each manufacturer has different guidelines as to how many participants are allowed at a time. These guidelines are listed on the front of each unit, along with specifications of size and weight requirements per manufacturer. Makes sure you follow the Manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure participants safety.
Are there height and weight requirements?
This will vary by manufacturer and size of the individual inflatable unit. For example, some manufacturers minimum height requirements can range from 30inches to 36 inches or more. Maximum Heights can vary from 40 inches to 72 inches or more. Make sure you follow the Manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure participants safety.
What do you recommend to avoid injuries when having big kids and little kids at the same party?
As always, make sure that the manufacturers specifications are being followed regarding height and weight. To avoid injuries, it is recommended to group participants by similar size when allowing them in a bounce house, or on any other inflatable unit. Always have an operator to ensure participants safety.
What surface can the inflatables be set up on?
Most inflatables can be set up on a grass, dirt, asphalt or concrete surface. The important thing to remember is that the surface is level, dry, and clear of damaging debris. If we are setting up on any surface other than grass, let us know ahead of time so that we can bring the proper equipment to safely setup.
How much space will we need for an inflatable?
The space will depend on the size of the inflatable. But if you have at least 15×15 feet of space, we can fit a unit at your location. The larger units require more room. Please refer to our inventory list for measurements.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes all orders require a 25% Credit Card deposit. They are not refundable if you cancel your order. If do need to cancel, you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Water Slide FAQs
Can any slide be used as a water slide?

How long of a hose do you need?
This will depend on how close the slide is to the water source. Typically, you will need to use a 50’ or 100’ water hose.
How long does it take to fill the pools?
On average, please allow 30-45 minutes to fill the landing pools on the water slides. This will depend on the size and depth of the pool and the pressure from the water source.
